Whether you already have surfing experience or not and whether you are not yet fit enough to climb rocks, you are welcome to join us. Your curiosity and spirit of adventure are what count!

Surfing – The Freedom of the Sea:
Feel the power of the Atlantic under your board and experience the indescribable feeling of riding the waves. In cooperation with The Portugal Wave, we offer professional surf lessons tailored to your ability. Our experienced surf instructors will help you improve your technique and get the most out of every wave. Don't worry, you don't have to be a pro! We'll show you how to get on the board and have fun on the waves. Whether you're surfing for the first time or already have a little experience, we'll adapt to suit you. And after surfing? Relax on the beach and enjoy the day.
Climbing at Portugal's coasts:
Leave the Inn valley and enter the Portuguese climbing paradise! Forget the well-known rocks for a while and experience an adventure that will open up new perspectives for you. We dive directly into the diversity of Portuguese climbing areas: Climb on limestone directly by the sea and on granite in the idyllic hinterland. Everyone will find their challenge here. Depending on the level of the group, we offer different workshops directly on the rock.
Portugal – a country full of history and culture:
Of course, we come to Portugal to climb and surf – but that's not all! This adventure is an invitation to experience Portugal with all your senses. We don't just want to climb rocks and ride waves, but also get to know the soul of this beautiful country.
That's why we'll take time to explore the area around Lisbon together. We'll immerse ourselves in the history and culture, visit attractions and let ourselves be enchanted by the Portuguese way of life. And because good food is an essential part of this, we'll try our hand at delicious Portuguese cuisine – from hearty specialities to sweet temptations.

- No prior knowledge is required for surfing.
- For the climbing part, you need to be able to lead safely in the climbing hall.
- You should also enjoy exercise, have a sense of adventure and team spirit.

Hello everyone! My name is Letícia, and mountaineering is my absolute passion. Being a native Tyrolean, I adore mountains, whether it's for climbing in the summer or snowboarding in the winter.
I am a qualified sports climbing instructor and snowboard instructor, and my mission is to share my enthusiasm for these sports with you. Whether you're a beginner or looking to improve your skills, I offer personalized courses for all levels.
It's particularly important to me that you not only learn something in my courses but, above all, have fun! I want to teach you the joy of movement and inspire you to discover your own athletic potential.

Ever since I was a child, I have been fascinated by mountains and climbing – that's why I fulfilled my dream three years ago and moved to the Alps. As an instructor for high-altitude tours, I want to share my passion with others and I almost always spend my free time in the mountains – whether alone, with the Alpine Club or, best of all, with friends.
Besides mountain sports, I love cooking and discovering new flavors and cultures. Like mountain sports, food and culture bring people together – and that's exactly what I want to experience and share with others.
